岗位职责：
1. 通过对点心厨房员工的有效督促，负责做好食品的制作，把出品做到色、香、味俱佳，满足客人的需要，协调餐厅与厨房的工作；
2. 合理分配员工的工作和灵活安排员工的更期；
3. 检查食物的质量是否符合卫生；保持雪柜和工作环境的卫生；监督工具、设备和操作人员的卫生；
4. 保持原料一定要新鲜和适用；
5. 做好各项工作的准备过程及成品的质量；
6. 促使所在部门的日常工作有效运作，监控有关的成本；
7. 定期创新和推广新菜式，与餐厅通力合作，促使餐厅受到各方面的欢迎。
岗位需求：
1. 擅长粤式港点制作，并定期可以研发出新菜品；
2. 具有同岗位经验3年以上；
3. 抗压性好并具备良好的沟通及协调能力。
