主要职责 – MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
· 达到北京环球度假区服务模式的服务期望 《夯实基础,精通业务,一鸣惊人,成为主角》
Practices the service expectations linked to the UBR service model Set the Stage, Know your Stuff, Wow’em Now, Be a Hero
· 通过观察和倾听,不断审视工作环境,获取可用于满足或预测游客和工作人员需求的信息
Continuously scans the work environment by observing and listening to obtain information that addresses or anticipates the service needs of guests and fellow Team Members
· 掌握主动权,积极倾听并有效提问,从而制定正确、人性化的解决办法,高效地满足甚至超出游客及工作人员的服务期望
Takes ownership and demonstrates active listening and effective questioning to identify suitable, personalized options to efficiently meet or preferably exceed the service expectations of our guests or Team Members
· 根据具体情况和预期结果,采取适当的行动,高效地满足甚至超过游客及工作人员的服务期望
Select the appropriate actions to efficiently meet or exceed the service expectation of guests or fellow team members based on the individual situations and desired results
· 负责人员安排,并根据需要调整排班。参与预算编制和监督。
Responsible for the scheduling of personnel and adjusting schedules as needed. Participates in budget preparation and monitoring.
· 负责接收数据库中的所有新库存。
Responsible for receiving all new inventories in database.
· 指导并激励制服部工作人员,促进安全高效的制服运营,同时在礼貌和清洁度方面超越游客的期望。
Coaches and motivates wardrobe team members to promote safe and efficient wardrobe operations while also exceeding guest expectations of courtesy and cleanliness.
· 为计时制制服部工作人员提供工作咨询、指导和绩效考核。正确及时地管理日常薪资事宜。
Provides work direction counseling, coaching and performance reviews to hourly wardrobe team members. Performs proper and timely administration of daily payroll.
· 遵循北京环球度假区现行的政策、程序、培训和团队活动,理解并积极履行环境、健康和安全相关的责任。
Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UBR policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
· 履行一线工作人员的职责
Perform the duties of frontline Team Members
· 完成分配的其他工作。
Performs other duties as assigned.
· 以合理方式对决策做出影响,需要善于运用策略。
Influences decisions of moderate nature requiring high degree of tact.
· 直接监督不少于 50 人,60% 的时间用于监督。根据组织政策和适用法律履行监督职责。
Up to 50 direct reports with 60% of time supervising. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
任职资格 – QUALIFICATIONS:
· 本项工作要求维持连贯的出勤率
Consistent attendance is a job requirement
· 必须有时间并且愿意在法定节假日、周末和不同轮班时间工作
Must be available and willing to work on Government Holidays, Weekends, and Varying Shifts
· 对上级管理层指定的部门主要绩效指标(GSAT、TSAT、财务回报)负责。
Sub-set of departmental key performance indicators, specified by higher level management (GSAT, TSAT, financial returns).
· 必须拥有1-3年主管经验;或具备与此同等的教育和工作经验。对服装面料和库存实践有所了解者优先。
1-3 years of supervisory experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge in fabrics and inventory practices preferred.
· 中文流利;
Fluency in Chinese Required;
· 可用英语在工作中流利交流者优先,但不作硬性要求
Professional working proficiency in English preferred, but not required
· 能够阅读和理解一些文件,如安全规则、操作和维护说明以及程序手册。能够撰写报告、商务信函和程序手册。能够在一对一、一对多情况下有效地向顾客、客户和组织内的其他员工展示信息。
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
