【岗位职责】
1、按餐厅卫生标准进行清扫工作。
2、负责每餐宴会跑菜前的准备工作。
3、了解菜式特点、名称和服务方式，根据宴会要求进行跑菜。
4、了解结帐方式，保管好通知单，以便查核。
5、协助盯台服务员做好餐前准备、餐中服务、餐后收尾工作。
【岗位要求】
1、自然条件：男女不限，身体健康，五官端正，口齿清楚。
2、文化程度：中专及以上学历，经过服务员岗位基础知识和技能培训。
3、语言能力：能流利使用标准普通话。
计算机能力：良好年龄要求：18-35岁
