KEY RESULT AREAS 主要工作职责
1.	To performs payroll processing and month end closing of payroll and maintains control over actual payroll performance.
负责发薪和月终工资封账，并对实际的工资支付进行控制。
2.	Compares actual payroll with forecasts/budgets and reports findings to Department Heads.
用实际工资额与预测或预算进行比较，然后向各部门领导汇报比较结果。 
3.	To attend to employee enquiries in relation to pay issues and to prepares manual payment for termination.
处理员工有关工资问题的询问，并为离职员工结算工资。
4.	To train back up payroll officer in all manpower procedures and responsibilities.
为后备工资员提供有关工作程序和职责的培训。
5.	To prepare monthly/yearly internal manpower analysis report. 
编制月度和年度内部人力分析报告。 
6.	To reconciles automatic payroll deductions such as housing loan, superannuation payments, city ledger, etc.
核对工资中自动扣除的数额，如住房贷款，退休金和挂账等。 
7. 	To supervises filing of payroll reports.
监督工资报表的归档。
8.	To journalizes payroll summary each month.
每月登录工资总表。
9.	To supervises filing pay slips.
监督工资单的归档。
10. Complete Personal income tax declaration and related work.
做好每月的个税申报及相关工作。
11.	Based on the Job check list do the work and assist Financial Controller with other job-related matters.
基于工作流程清单完成本职工作并协助财务总监办理与工作相关的其他事宜。

This project is led and invested by the Government of Macao. Located in Hengqin Zhuhai, Ruilian Wellness Resort with easy access to the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao bridge and Jiuzhou Port.Ruilian Wellness Resort features 214 retreat rooms which includes 18 villa units, Spa / Wellness recreations and 3 F&B outlets. The overall layout adopts the concept of “energy awakening” to revitalize energy and relax the body.  Ruilian Welness Resort is scheduled to open in Q3, 2021.
