KEY RESULT AREAS主要工作职责
1、	Directs and controls all subordinate Floor Attendants to ensure that all day to day operational matters are handled on time and guest expectations are met.
知道和控制所有下属的服务员，确保每天的运营事宜得到及时处理和满足客人需求。
2、	Assigns villas for cleaning as per schedules and monitors the cleaning process.
按要求安排清洁和监管清洁程序。
3、	Ensures that vacant rooms are cleaned on time, checks them on completion of cleaning and reports back to housekeeping once complete.
确保空房及时清洁，检查清洁完成情况，完成时及时报告给办公室。
4、	Reports engineering failures and breakdowns and follows up on repair schedules.
报告工程缺陷，跟进维修的进度。
5、	Oversees the cleanliness and maintenance of housekeeping pantries ensuring par stocks are properly in order.
监督客房部工作间的干净和维护，确保物品摆放有序。
6、	Oversees the condition of plants both within and outside the floor and reports any problems to immediate assistant   housekeeper.
监管楼层内外的植物状况，发现问题立即报告给上级主管。
7、	Oversees the mini bar operation ensuring bars are restocked in a timely and efficient manner.
监管小酒吧的运营，确保酒吧的补充及时有效。
8、	Oversees the issuing, controlling and application of housekeeping cleaning chemicals.
监管客房部清洁用品的发放，控制和使用。
9、	To attend to any ad hoc guest requests ensuring that they are is properly attended to.
关注客人的任何需求，并确保得到合理关注。
10、	To oversee the turndown process ensuring specially requested times are adhered to.
监管开夜床的过程，确保特殊要求得到及时满足。

REQUIREMENT 职位要求

This project is led and invested by the Government of Macao. Located in Hengqin Zhuhai, Ruilian Wellness Resort with easy access to the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao bridge and Jiuzhou Port.Ruilian Wellness Resort features 214 retreat rooms which includes 18 villa units, Spa / Wellness recreations and 3 F&B outlets. The overall layout adopts the concept of “energy awakening” to revitalize energy and relax the body.  Ruilian Welness Resort is scheduled to open in Q3, 2021.
