KEY RESULT AREAS主要工作职责
1.	Handle the check-in, extend keys and bedding to associates and keep a record.
负责办理员工入住手续，发放钥匙及床上用品并登记。
A: Should know the new comer one day in advance and making fully prepare 
为新入职员工提前作好充分的准备
B: To allocate room / bed for associate为新入职员工分配宿舍/床位
C: To distribute the concerned linen and property 发放员工床用品
D: Introducing associate dormitory rules & regulations 介绍员工宿舍的相关规定及管理制度
2.	Conduct regularly inspections to ensure proper cleaning. Urge associates to clean their rooms. Ensure articles in every room are placed tidily.
定期检查员工宿舍，确保保持干净卫生。督促员工进行清理，保证宿舍内物品整齐摆放。  
3.	To check and maintain associate behavior, ensure associate to follow dormitory rules & regulations. 
检查并保持员工的行为按照员工宿舍的管理规定执行。
4.	Handle the check-out, reclaim room key and beddings from associates and keep a record.
负责员工办理退房手续办理，收回房间钥匙及床上用品并作登记。
5.	Report the check-in and check-out status to AHRM in time.
确保员工宿舍的入住和退房的情况，并及时报告人事副经理。
6.	To operate recreation room and reading room daily.
负责员工娱乐室和阅览室的日常管理。
7.	Coordinate all necessary repairs and maintenance and report to Engineering Department in time.
协调相关的宿舍工程维修问题，并及时报告工程部。
8.	Check the usage of water and electricity in dormitory.
检查宿舍内水电的使用，杜绝浪费。
9.	Responsibility for dormitory facility and assets protecting.
负责员工宿舍的设施设备、资产保护。
10.	Once found any violate laws and regulations or safety potential or others problems, should report to Human Resources Department or Security Department immediately.
如发现违法违纪现象、安全隐患或其它问题，应及时向人力资源部或安全部报告。
11.	Complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
完成额外分配的工作职责及任务。
12.	Observe the Labor Law
遵守劳动法有关规定。

This project is led and invested by the Government of Macao. Located in Hengqin Zhuhai, Ruilian Wellness Resort with easy access to the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao bridge and Jiuzhou Port.Ruilian Wellness Resort features 214 retreat rooms which includes 18 villa units, Spa / Wellness recreations and 3 F&B outlets. The overall layout adopts the concept of “energy awakening” to revitalize energy and relax the body.  Ruilian Welness Resort is scheduled to open in Q3, 2021.
