KEY RESULT AREAS主要工作职责

1. To carry out all routine preventative maintenance as per schedules and rectify accordingly.

根据计划安排开展日常预防性维修工作。

2. To carry out specific air condition repairs in the event of damage or breakdown quickly and efficiently.

快速有效地开展空调损坏或故障维修。

3. To have thorough knowledges of the manufacturer instructions and manuals to ensure equipment is repaired according to the correct methods.

掌握足够的出场说明和使用手册, 确保设备维修方法正确。

4. To report any abnormal or extraordinary incidents to the Supervisor for his action and follow up.

向主管汇报任何非正常或特别的事件, 方便其计划跟进。

5. Liase with Duty Engineer to order specific spare parts or equipment necessary to execute effective maintenance.

和值班工程师联系定购具体的备件和必需的设备以便执行有效的维修。

6. Maintains work area in a clean and tidy condition.

保持工作区域清洁整齐。

7. Checks and collects supplies from the engineering stores according to hotel procedure.

根据酒店程序, 收集和检查工程仓的补给。

8. Ensures that all departmental reports and forms are completed accurately and punctually.

确保所有设备汇报和表格能够正确及时地完成。

This project is led and invested by the Government of Macao. Located in Hengqin Zhuhai, Ruilian Wellness Resort with easy access to the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao bridge and Jiuzhou Port.Ruilian Wellness Resort features 214 retreat rooms which includes 18 villa units, Spa / Wellness recreations and 3 F&B outlets. The overall layout adopts the concept of “energy awakening” to revitalize energy and relax the body. Ruilian Welness Resort is scheduled to open in Q3, 2021.
