KEY RESULT AREAS主要工作职责

1 Assist Chief Concierge to supervision all operational tasks as well as their respective delegation and follow-

up.

协助首席礼宾司管理礼宾部所有运营任务以及与之相关的委派与跟进。

2 Honesty is a work basis, ensure implement on work with honesty all times.

以诚信为工作基本，在任何时候都需要诚实的执行酒店所有财务制度。

3 Lead to ensure Banyan Tree standards are implemented and delivered to every guest.

遵守和执行悦榕集团质量保证标准。

4 Handles guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or

problems if no immediate solution can be found.

礼貌且高效地处理客人及员工的要求，遇到投诉或问题，如不能马上找到解决办法，要向上级报告。

5 Be familiar with all guest services, daily events and functions within the hotel and to ensure that all

Concierge colleagues are also adequately furnished with such information.

熟悉和掌握酒店内所有对客服务项目和活动信息，并确保所有礼宾部的同事都能提供这样的信息。

6 Ensures the cleanliness of the Concierge counter, equipment and storage room, and responsible for the

maintenance of all Concierge equipment.

保持礼宾台，礼宾设备和储藏间的卫生，对所有礼宾部运营设备的维护保养负责。

7 Verifies that all information requested by the local police authorities and all Concierge Policies and

Procedures are adhered are adhered accurately.

8 Sharing daily pre-shift briefing to employees on transport requirement, arrival and departure of VIP guests,

functions/ events and special attention that is needed.

9 Performs special duties as required by the superior.

This project is led and invested by the Government of Macao. Located in Hengqin Zhuhai, Ruilian Wellness Resort with easy access to the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao bridge and Jiuzhou Port.Ruilian Wellness Resort features 214 retreat rooms which includes 18 villa units, Spa / Wellness recreations and 3 F&B outlets. The overall layout adopts the concept of “energy awakening” to revitalize energy and relax the body. Ruilian Welness Resort is scheduled to open in Q3, 2021.
