KEY RESULT AREAS主要工作职责

1     Have a complete knowledge of the hotel facilities and services, including room type, room rates, relative features and facilities.

全面了解酒店的设施设备及服务。

2     Ensures that all equipment within the section is properly maintained and in good working order at all times.

确保工作区域内的所有设备处于良好工作状态。

3     Responsible and accountable for the loading and unloading of guest luggage from guest cars and directing

guest to the car parking facilities available to guests and visitors of hotel.

负责为客人从乘座的车中装卸行李,并且为酒店客人和来访者指引停车场。

4      Be carefully delivery and collection of guest luggage from Guestrooms, cars and Front Desk.

及时和仔细地从客人的房间、乘座的车中以及前台接待收发客人的行李和物品。

5      Ensures daily departing time of arrival or due out guests and limousine services to the airport if required.

确保当客人有要求时,为预计到达或离店的客人推销酒店内部的豪华轿车接送机服务。

6       Helps train and develop others in the team.

帮助培训和发展团队中的其他礼宾员。

7       Attends schedules training activities.

参加定期的员工培训。

8       To promote Banyan Tree promotion program to the guest according to the yearly target.

根据年度指标向客人推荐悦榕集团促销计划方案。

9       Ensures personal grooming and service skills are in line with hotel standards.

确保个人的仪容仪表和服务技能要符合酒店的标准。

10     To ensure that all guest queries, inquiries and requests are attended to in a helpful, professional yet warm

and friendly manner.

要确保用礼貌、热情友好的态度对待客人的询问、要求。

11     Provide information pertaining to all hotel services, local places of interests, restaurants, doctors, sightseeing tours and any other information likely to be of the interest to guests.

为客人提供客人感兴趣的事情如:酒店服务,本地风景区,餐厅,医生,观光点等。

12     Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly.

熟悉财产安全,急救,火灾、紧急事件发生时的补救措施,设备的安全操作。

13     Be carefully delivery and collection of guest luggage from Guestrooms, cars and Front Desk.

及时和仔细地从客人的房间、乘座的车中以及前台接待收发客人的行李和物品。

14     To ensure guest luggage and belongings are stored in a secure, methodical way at all times.

要确保客人的行李和物品始终保存在安全的地方。

15     Responsible for ensuring all deliveries to rooms, arrivals and departures are properly recorded on the hand over record as required.

负责确保所有的转交物品送入客人的房间,要在行李员工作控制表上准确地记录预抵和预离客

人。

16     Responsible and accountable for the correct, prompt and efficient handling and delivery of all guest messages and other items as required to guest rooms.

根据需要,负责及时、准确、高效地处理和分送客人的留言和其它的物品到客人的房间。

17      Responsible for providing a taxi and limousine service for the guests and visitors of hotel.

负责为酒店的客人和来访者提供租车服务。

18      Look into the maintenance of all baggage/bell trolleys to ensure that they are in good working order.

检查所有的行李车,以确保它们处于正常的工作状态。

19      To ensure that you as the Concierge at our hotel have a comprehensive knowledge of Zhuhai and what is happening within the city at all times, and to ensure that all guest inquiries are met with prompt, informative yet friendly solutions.

作为酒店的行李员要确保对珠海有广泛综合的认识和了解。要知道在南昌市内发生的事情,并且要及时、准确、友好地解答所有客人的询问。

20       Responsible for adhering to the Rules and Regulations of hotel as set down in the Staff Handbook.

遵守酒店相关管理规章制度和员工手册。

21      Ensures that all work areas are neat and tidy at all time.

保证所有的工作区域始终保持整洁。

22      Responsible for the timely and efficient delivery of newspapers to guests as required, ensuring the highest standard of presentation at all times.

负责按照客人的要求及时地分发报纸,要始终保持高质量的服务标准。

23       Responsible for the ongoing communication of pertinent information using the logbook provided to other shifts.

使用交班记录本将需要继续沟通的事项记录下来提供给其它班次的员工。

24      Provide feedback and make recommendation on improvement to the operation.

提出该改进日常运作的建议。

25      To assist and carry out duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager or from time to time.

协助并执行前厅部经理分配的工作。

26       Need to obey and perform every assigned work from Supervisor.

需要服从并且完成上级安排的每一项工作。
