KEY RESULT AREAS 主要工作职责
1      Sends and picks up guest or hotel employees from/ to airport or any designated place punctually, as assigned by Concierge Supervisor.
根据酒店客人的预定指派准时接送客人或酒店员工到达机场或指定地点。
2      Checks/ inspects vehicle before starting the shift, reports any unsure condition of the vehicle to the Concierge Supervisor for necessary actions. 
上班前检查车辆，将车辆的任何不确定状况汇报给当班礼宾部主管以采取必要的行动。
3      Maintains and cleans all vehicles and equipment to maintain a professional image.
维护并清洁所有的车辆和设备以保持职业化的形象。
4      Loads and unloads guest’s luggage for arriving and departing guests. Directs guests to any of the Hotel’s facilities when necessary.
为到店/离开的客人装卸行李，必要时指引客人至酒店设施。
5      Knowledgeable about all events and information of the immediate and surrounding area in case to answer guest inquires.
熟知酒店周边区域所有各项活动和信息，以便回复客人的问询。
6      Ensures the driving is polite and safety, the driver cannot to smoke before or during guest using.
确保行驶前或行驶中安全的文明待客，司机不允许在行驶前或行驶途中吸烟。
7      Verifies that all information requested by the local police authorities are adhered to and prepared accurately.
严格遵守并实行由当地执法部门所要求的全部事项。
8     Performs special duties as required by the superior.
执行上级分配的特殊职责。
9      Need to obey and perform every assigned work from Supervisor.
需要服从并且完成上级安排的每一项工作。

This project is led and invested by the Government of Macao. Located in Hengqin Zhuhai, Ruilian Wellness Resort with easy access to the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao bridge and Jiuzhou Port.Ruilian Wellness Resort features 214 retreat rooms which includes 18 villa units, Spa / Wellness recreations and 3 F&B outlets. The overall layout adopts the concept of “energy awakening” to revitalize energy and relax the body.  Ruilian Welness Resort is scheduled to open in Q3, 2021.
