1. Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities of the role)
主要职责﹣(职务的主要工作)
· Analyze training needs of the hotel in general and individual departments, and develop strategies which address needs, presenting in the form of a Training Business Plan for the General Manager and Executive Committee for review
分析酒店整体的和各部门的培训需求,针对需求制定策略,用培训业务计划书的形式呈交给总经理和行政委员会审阅。
· Familiarize yourself with HR and Training Standards, localizing where necessary
使自己了解酒店人力资源和培训的规范,必要之处进行本地化处理。
· Ensure effective training programs are in place for the following:
确保在以下方面有效的执行培训计划:
o New Employee Orientation
新员工入职
o Train the Trainer
培训培训师
o Customer Service Training
宾客服务培训
o Technical job specific training (through certification of departmental standards and procedures)
技术性职位的专门培训(部门规范程序证书)
o Supervisory Skills Training
监督管理技能培训
o Management Development
管理层发展
o Fire, Life and Safety Training

o Selling Skills

o Employee retraining

· Monitor the progress of the Training Business Plan for each department tot ensure that the training objectives are being achieved

· Maintains all hotel training records
保存酒店全部的培训记录。
· Establish a training library of books, videos, journals and audio visual materials to assist trainers in their training programs and for staff personal development
建立培训图书馆,配备书籍,录像,记录和视听资料来协助培训师的培训计划以及员工的个人发展。
· Design, produce and implement training programmers which meet specific departmental needs in conjunction with Department Heads, ensuring that training session plans are structured and that training is effective

· Attend departmental training session and critique performance
参加部门的培训课程,评估表现。
· Use benchmarks to monitor success of training programs and amend your efforts accordingly. Eg: guest satisfactory, achievement of budget, etc
利用酒店的基本测量标准监测培训计划的成果,并进行相应的修改。如顾客满意指标,预算完成情况等。
· Assist Department Trainers in preparing and conducting departmental training and assess accordingly
协助部门培训师准备和进行部门培训并进行评估。
· Prepare and monitor training programs for:

o Management Trainees
管理培训生
o Work Experience
实习生
o Hotel School Trainees, etc

· Obtain a network of specialist training professionals who can assist with the conduct of training programmers for advanced or specialist training

· Ensure that Department Heads abide by their responsibilities of employee training against departmental SOP.

· Produce monthly training reports for your Manager and the General Manager including:

· Liaise with other Training Managers to share experiences and resources
与酒店的培训经理们保持联系,交流经验,交换资源。
· Liaise with educational institutions conducting hospitality and training courses
同从事旅游服务和培训课程的教育机构保持联系。
· Maintain current information and records of suppliers of training resources and materials
更新培训资源和资料供应商的信息和记录。
· Delivers briefings of all internal programmers to executive management and department heads
为行政管理层和部门领导提供所有内部培训计划的介绍。
· Contributes towards regional activities as directed by Regional Director of Human Resources / General Manager
按照地区人力资源总监和总经理的指示为本地区的工作效力。
· Provides input for probation and formal performance appraisal discussions to Line Managers in line with company guidelines

· Coaches, counsels and disciplines staff, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance
向员工提供工作指导、咨询,必要时对其进行批评处分,并提供建设性反馈意见以便提高工作绩效
· Regularly communicates with staff and maintains good relations
定期与员工交流思想,保持良好的员工关系。
· Works with Director of Finance in the preparation and management of the Department’s budget

2. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS——资格
Required Skills –技能要求
· Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能;完全代表酒店,品牌和公司与顾客,员工和第三方交往的能力。
· Corporate certification in training programs may be required such as 360 Feedback Certification, Group Training Certified Registered Assessor, and Certified Assessment Center Assessor designations, etc.

· Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

· Problem solving, analytical, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.

3. Qualifications –学历
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Training.
具有人力资源或培训的学士学位
4. Experience –经验
· 4 years of relevant experience or similar supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
4年相关工作经验或相似的管理经验,或与此相当的教育与工作经验结合的背景
