岗位职责
1.在管理处主任的直接领导下，负责机电工程部的全面管理工作；
2.履行管理处签定的管理合同、完成管理处下达的各项工作任务；
3.贯彻执行公司制定的《机电设备管理工作手册》，确保机电设备处于安全、良好的运行状态；
4.执行政府部门制定的有关行业安全法规、加强安全管理和教育，建立各级安全制度，防止发生安全事故；
5.对设施、设备的运行、维修和保养工作进行定期和不定期检查、保证设施、设备的正常运行(每周必须进行一次全面检查、每月不少于一次夜间检查)；
6.负责组织制定设施、设备维修保养计划和方案，并组织检查和落实；
7.定期向管理处主任汇报工作,完成上级交办的临时工作任务。

岗位要求
1.大专及以上学历，工程类专业，工程师职称，有内审员资格优先。
2.精通强/弱电、空调、给排水、暖通、消防、装饰等专业知识与经验;具有一定的管理能力和组织协调能力。
3.良好的职业形象，工作认真、负责，能吃苦耐劳。
