岗位职责
1.负责部门人员的考勤排班；
2.定期检查餐具、物品备量；
3.确保服务质量、工作场地及餐具室内物品干净、整洁；
4.做好现场培训，严格按操作规程进行接待；
5.检查餐台摆设，台椅定位情况，收餐后检查完成状况；
6.做好安全和节流工作；
7.抓好员工纪律、服务态度，了解员工思想情绪、业务技技能和工作作风。
岗位要求
1.身体健康，精力充沛，仪表端庄；
2.有吧台酒水相关经验者优先；
3.两年以上餐饮工作经验，一年以上同岗位工作经历；
4.具备良好的文字处理能力，语言表达能力；
5.熟练掌握餐饮各岗位工作流程；
6.具有良好的组织协调能力、感召力和凝聚力；
7.有较强的沟通能力和服务意识；
8.熟练掌握OFFICE办公软件。
