Job responsibilities
1. Forecast the market demand and strive for the key market opportunity for each store.
2. Assist all subordinate hotels to maximize revenue, increase market share and achieve better revenue.
3. Work closely with the hotel reservation department and sales team to promote targeted revenue and adhere to the high standard of customer service concept in individual and group booking.
4. Always be able to compete with the environment and optimize the average revenue of each saleable room.
5. Corresponding keen insight, use the vision of revenue management strategy to lead the team in the group.
6. Adjust appropriately to maximize hotel room sales and revenue, follow standards and record.
7. Supervise the room reservation flow, holidays, specific time periods, OTA platform and other price display of each hotel, and ensure that the operating system is consistent with the company standards.
8. Ability to make and implement business budget and business plan.
9. Have the ability to work out the overall business objectives and action plans of subordinate hotels.
10. Responsible for tracking and analyzing the booking process and team flow, paying special attention to and strengthening the management of reserved room for the team, so as to do a better job in the moderate reduction of the team and maximize the revenue.
11. Make analysis according to the income of subordinate hotel companies, hold revenue information meeting every week, and hold revenue management analysis meeting of subordinate hotel companies every month.
Job requirements
1. At least 1 year working experience as sales manager or revenue manager in star hotels;
2. Have the ability of teamwork and management;
3. Have a strong sense of innovation and innovative thinking;
4. Excellent communication, plan management and problem solving skills;
5. It is sensitive to the changing market;
6. Good command of English listening, speaking, reading and writing.

4、始终能对环境竞争,优化每间可销售客房的平均收益。
5、相应敏锐的洞察力,在集团里利用收入管理策略的眼光来领导团队。
6、适当调节以保证酒店房间销售和收益最大化,按照标准执行并记录。
7、监督各酒店房间预订流量,节假日、特定时间段、OTA平台等价格展示情况,并确保操作系统与公司标准相一致。
8、具备制订和执行营业预算及经营计划的能力。
9、具备制订符合下属酒店总体营业目标及行动方案的能力。
10、负责跟踪和分析预订流程,团队流量,特别关注和加强团队预留房管理,更好的做好团队适度减量,最大程度提高收益。
11、根据下属各酒店公司收益情况做出分析,每周召开收益信息会,每月召开下属各酒店公司收益管理分析会。
岗位要求
1、1年以上星级综合酒店销售经理或酒店收益经理岗位工作经验;
2、具有团队协作能力和管理能力;
3、有较强的创新意识和创新思维;
4、出色的沟通、计划管理和问题解决能力;
5、对市场不断变化较有很好的敏感性;
6、具有一定的英语听说读写能力。
