1.Be responsible for the cost accounting and control of hotel inventory materials, and check with relevant accounts regularly.

2.Do a good job of business communication between the Director of Food and Beverage Department and the Chef-in-Chief, and put forward suggestions for improvement of the hotel catering management and control system.
做好餐饮部总监和总厨的业务沟通,对酒店饮食管理控制系统提出提出改进意见。
3. Regular investigation and analysis of market price with purchasing department and catering department to control purchase price more effectively.定期与采购部、餐饮部共同对市场价格进行调查、分析,更有效地控制进价。
4.Inspect the warehouse and receiving department, and strictly check the procedures and standards of purchasing, accepting, storing and discharging all kinds of goods, food and beverages.对仓库、收货部进行工作检查,严格各种物品、食品、饮料的购入、验收、入库、出库等有关手续和标准。
5.Reduce inventory backlog, cooperate with the warehouse monthly inventory backlog table, and make the best use of inventory backlog materials to reduce costs.减少库存积压,配合库房每月汇总库存物资积压表,尽量利用库存积压物资以减低成本。
CUALIFICATIONS:岗位要求
1.Finance, accounting and other related majors with more than 3 degrees, have accounting qualification.财务、会计等相关专业3以上学历,有会计从业资格。
2. Has certain management, communication, coordination ability and team cooperation consciousness.具有一定的管理、沟通、协调能力和团队协作意识。
3.Proficiency in basic theory and practical work of hotel accounting.熟练掌握酒店会计的基本理论及实际工作方面的知识。
