Supervises the day-to-day operations of the Lounge activities to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, standards and aiming at satisfying and exceeding the clients' expectations.

•Coordinates and supervises the work of subordinates, assists in the preparation of the schedule to ensure there is an adequate number of staff on duty based on the forecast and submits for approval.
协助和监督下属的工作，协助餐饮部经理完成日常工作计划的准备，以确保有足够数量的服务人员为顾客提供服务
•Participates at times in the selection of all reporting staff. Motivates them to bring about excellent performance, enforces discipline when required and participates in the evaluation of their performance once a year.
参加所有工作人员的甄选工作。激励员工并使其发挥完美的工作表现，并在必要时对他们进行的绩效评估
•Assists in the identification of training needs and the development of a training plan.Implements the training activities and assists in the follow up to ensure compliance and their effectiveness.

•Inspects the Elements areas to ensure that the physical facilities and equipments are well kept and that all health and safety regulations are adhered to, by coordinating the cleaning and maintenance and arranging for repairs and other services such as linen laundering, plants servicing, etc.
定时检查元素大堂吧的设施及设备并确保所有的设备运转正常和安全及定期清洁、保养维修•Maintains high visibility during mea service in order to ensure smooth running of operations, promotes good public relations, takes corrective actions and handles customers’ complaints to ensure their satisfaction.
保持高度集中，以确保服务的顺利进行，促进良好的公共关系，纠正员工的错误行为和处理客户的投诉，以确保他们得到满意的回复                     
•Coordinates the service activities with the kitchen on order to achieve a timely delivery of food whilst ensuring effective communication.
与厨房建立有效的沟通，同时确保食品及时的送达                  
•Controls stock from the beverage / bar operation effectively ensuring pars are respected.
确保足够的库存以便运作的需要                           
•Anticipates and maintains all materials and supplies ensuring their availability.  Controls usage of all food items and appropriate usage of equipments, tools and service equipments ensuring all equipments is used in a correct and safe manner.

•Monitors operating expenses to ensure the cost of sale is in line with the annual budget.

•Keeps abreast of all emergency procedures, hotel promotions, product knowledge, VIP arrivals, upcoming events and brief direct subordinates accordingly so that they are able to anticipate and answer clients' requests and questions.
确保对所有应急程序、产品促销、产品知识、重要客人、宴会和员工的了解，以便能答复他们的要求和问题             
•Accomplishes a set of administrative duties such as leading and attending meeting, writing reports, maintaining a logbook and other specific duties related to the job function.

•Is knowledgeable about the Food and Beverage and Hotel Product

•Ensure restaurant and bars equipments, working tools, and working station is always thoroughly cleaned and sanitized at all times.

•Maintain highest level of personal hygiene and respect hotel grooming standards

•Weekly training on how to sterilize according to HACCP and local law
