L'Avenue of Savor Group in Shenzhen is seeking a well-seasoned candidate with an international Michelin starred restaurant experience.
With a great attention to details and an outstanding sense of hospitality, the candidate will improve the quality of guest experience and increase revenues by providing exceptional service. Will be in charge of recruiting and training the service staff, inventory management, and provide world-class customer service to guests.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Give the best of yourself daily, we do believe in consistency.
2. Develop and maintain a strong protocol with regards to service standards.
3. Develop a strong Hospitality Leadership team to address and grow the business.
4. Directly lead all Dining Room associates.
5. Develop deep and strong communication with all colleagues and superiors.
6. Mentor, train, and conduct in-the-moment coaching to develop teams and deliver sales.
7. Embrace change and deliver top results no matter the obstacle.
8. Foster and maintain open communication between Dining Room and Kitchen Leaders and associates.
Our Requirements:
1. Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager in Fine Dining or 2-3 Michelin starred restaurants preferably.
2. Ability to work independently and with all levels of leadership.
3. Strong ability to lead a hospitality team and own accountability for specific revenue goals.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with notable attention to detail.
5. Team player with enthusiastic outlook and creative mind.
6. Strong decision-making abilities.
7. Business development or entrepreneurial experience a plus.
