工作职责：
1. Overall responsibility for the public relations planning and publicity work of each outlet in the group;
全权负责集团各餐厅的公关策划及宣传工作；
2. Plan and implant the Marketing & Communications policies and procedures for the group;
制定和执行集团市场传讯部的政策程序；
3. Participate in the planning for major activities of the brand, responsible for the implementation of promotions;
参与品牌重大活动的策划，负责推广活动的落地执行；
4. Establish close contact with news media and public relations planning units, and improve the visibility and attractiveness of outlets with the help of communication media and public opinion;
同新闻媒体、公关策划单位建立密切联系，借助传播媒体和公众舆论提高餐厅的知名度和吸引力；
5. Maintain close contact with the marketing department of the shopping malls where the outlets are located, cooperate and support their market-related work, and communicate with them to establish cooperation to promote the outlets where they are located;
与各餐厅所在的商场市场部保持密切联系，配合和支持其市场相关的工作，同时与其沟通建立合作，推广所在的餐厅;
6. Management and operation of group's self-media account, and publishment on WeChat public accounts, WeChat moments, mini programs, Little Red Book;
管理运营集团自媒体账号，微信公众号、微信朋友圈、小程序、小红书的发布等；
7. Responsible for the handling of the group's general crisis events, participate in the handling of the group's major emergencies, and propose crisis public handling plans;
负责集团一般危机事件的处理，参与集团重大紧急事件的处理，提出危机公共处理方案；

岗位要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above in Chinese, news, advertising marketing or other related majors;
大学本科及以上学历，中文、新闻、广告营销等相关专业；
2. Minimum of 8 years in Marketing;
8年或以上的市场传讯工作经验；
3. Working experience in international luxury hotels, F&B groups of fine dining preferably, comprehend the information in the industry;
国际奢华酒店、Fine Dining餐饮集团的工作经验优先，了解行业内的讯息；
4. Fluent verbal & written communication skills on English and Chinese;
流利的英语、普通话的书面和口头表达能力；
5. Have strong market planning ability and information analysis ability;
具有较强的市场策划能力和信息分析能力；
6. Keen market perception, the ability to grasp market dynamics and market direction.
