岗位职责：
1.根据公司安排进行酒旅产品的直播，提升用户的兴趣度、提高粉丝活跃度进而提高酒店产品销量及品牌推广；
2.直播过程中及时与观众互动，应对直播间的粉丝提问，引导粉丝关注直播间，达成粉丝关系；
3.熟悉直播流程，直播前协助运营进行直播安排，并准准备好直播话术及酒店产品的介绍等；
4.不断反馈调整，优化直播话术及内容，提高用户参与度、增强粉丝粘性;
5.门店直播带教，培训门店能够独立直播；
6.协助完成上级领导安排的其他事项。
岗位要求：
1.大专及以上学历，旅游专业、传媒广告专业、新闻专业优先考虑；
2.有导游、酒旅行业经验、带货直播经验优先考虑；
3.对酒店、旅游感兴趣，拥有较好的逻辑思维和反应能力;
4.有较好的沟通表达能力和应变能力，不怯场。
语言能力：中国普通话-良好计算机能力：熟练年龄要求：20-40岁
