岗位职责：
负责餐厅的日常运营，确保餐厅的各个环节顺利进行。负责餐厅的清洁和卫生工作，确保就餐环境整洁舒适。检查餐厅设施设备的维护和保养情况，及时安排维修和更换，保证设施设备的正常运行。负责餐厅的库存和物资，包括餐具、食材、酒水等，确保充足的供应且不积压浪费。与其他部门（如厨房、采购等）密切协作，确保信息畅通，协调解决运营中出现的问题。与厨师团队合作，确保菜品的质量、口感和呈现符合法国餐厅的标准和特色。参与菜品和酒水的推广活动，提升餐厅的知名度和吸引力。确保顾客得到热情、专业、高效的服务，提升顾客满意度和忠诚度。定期收集顾客反馈，分析顾客需求和意见，提出改进措施，以持续提升服务质量。
Job Responsibilities：
Responsible for the daily operation of the restaurant, ensuring all aspects run smoothly.Oversee restaurant cleaning and sanitation to ensure a tidy and comfortable dining environment.Inspect the maintenance and upkeep of restaurant facilities and equipment, arrange timely repairs and replacements to ensure normal operation.Manage restaurant inventory and supplies, including tableware, ingredients, beverages, etc., ensuring adequate supply without overstocking or waste.Collaborate closely with other departments (such as kitchen, purchasing, etc.) to ensure smooth communication and coordinate solutions to operational issues.Work with the culinary team to ensure the quality, taste, and presentation of dishes meet the standards and characteristics of a French restaurant.Participate in food and beverage promotional activities to enhance the restaurant's visibility and appeal.Ensure customers receive warm, professional, and efficient service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.Regularly collect customer feedback, analyze customer needs and opinions, propose improvement measures to continuously enhance service quality.
岗位要求：
具备酒店餐饮服务或社会高级餐厅服务相关工作经验3年以上。具备良好的餐饮知识以及服务意识。流利的英语和普通话以及书写。对餐饮服务有热情，能积极主动的与客人互动销售酒店的产品。具有国际性酒店同岗位工作经验，优先录取。
Job Requirements:
More than 3 years of relevant work experience in hotel food and beverage service or upscale social dining restaurants.Possess solid food and beverage knowledge and strong service awareness.Fluent in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.Passionate about food and beverage service, able to proactively engage with guests and promote hotel products.Candidates with experience in the same position at international hotels will be given priority.
