工作职责：

检查餐厅设施设备的维护和保养情况，及时安排维修和更换，保证设施设备的正常运行。
与厨师团队合作，确保菜品的质量、口感和呈现符合法国餐厅的标准和特色。
参与菜品和酒水的推广活动，提升餐厅的知名度和吸引力。
确保顾客得到热情、专业、高效的服务，提升顾客满意度和忠诚度。
培训员工掌握良好的客户服务技巧，及时处理顾客的投诉和建议，确保问题得到妥善解决。
亲自迎接重要客人，提供个性化服务，营造良好的用餐氛围。
定期收集顾客反馈，分析顾客需求和意见，提出改进措施，以持续提升服务质量。

岗位要求：

-社会高级餐厅服务相关工作经验

-2年以上具有国际性酒店同岗位工作经验

-2年以上具备良好的餐饮知识以及服务意识接待国际游客，英语基础良好者优先考虑

-对餐饮服务有热情，能积极主动的与客人互动销售酒店的产品

Job responsibility:

Check the maintenance of restaurant facilities and equipment, arrange repair and replacement in time to ensure the normal operation of facilities and equipment.
Work with the chef team to ensure that the quality, taste and presentation of dishes meet the standards and characteristics of French restaurants.
Participate in food and beverage promotion activities to enhance the popularity and attractiveness of the restaurant.
Ensure that customers receive warm, professional and efficient service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Train staff to master good customer service skills, deal with customer complaints and suggestions in a timely manner, and ensure that problems are properly resolved.
Personally greet important guests, provide personalized service, and create a good dining atmosphere.
Collect customer feedback regularly, analyze customer needs and opinions, and propose improvement measures to continuously improve service quality.

Job requirements:
-Experience in Fine Dining restaurant service

-More than 2 years working experience in international hotel in the same position.

-Good knowledge of food and beverage and service awareness. Good command of English is preferred for international visitors

-Have passion for food and beverage service and can actively interact with guests to upselling hotel products
