工作职责：
负责餐厅领位的日常管理和运营，确保客人在餐厅用餐的各个环节顺利进行。
监督餐厅的清洁和卫生工作，确保就餐环境整洁舒适。
检查餐厅设施设备的维护和保养情况，及时安排维修和更换，保证设施设备的正常运行。管理餐厅的库存和物资，包括餐具、食材、酒水等，确保充足的供应且不积压浪费。
与其他部门（如厨房、采购等）密切协作，确保信息畅通，协调解决运营中出现的问题。与厨师团队合作，确保菜品的质量、口感和呈现符合法国餐厅的标准和特色。
培训员工掌握良好的客户服务技巧，及时处理顾客的投诉和建议，确保问题得到妥善解决。亲自迎接重要客人，提供个性化服务，营造良好的用餐氛围。
定期收集顾客反馈，分析顾客需求和意见，提出改进措施，以持续提升服务质量。

岗位要求：
-具备酒店餐饮服务或社会高级餐厅服务相关工作经验2年以上。
-具备良好的餐饮知识以及服务意识。
-良好的英语和普通话以及书写。
-对餐饮服务有热情，能积极主动的与客人互动销售酒店的产品。
-具有国际性酒店同岗位工作经验，优先录取。

Job responsibilities：
Responsible for the daily management and operation of the restaurant to ensure the smooth operation of all aspects of the restaurant.
Supervise the cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant to ensure that the dining environment is clean and comfortable.
Check the maintenance of restaurant facilities and equipment, arrange repair and replacement in time to ensure the normal operation of facilities and equipment.Manage the restaurant's inventory and supplies, including cutlery, ingredients, drinks, etc., to ensure adequate supply and no waste.
Work closely with other departments (e.g. kitchen, procurement, etc.) to ensure smooth flow of information and coordinate the resolution of operational issues.Work with the chef team to ensure that the quality, taste and presentation of dishes meet the standards and characteristics of French restaurants.
Train staff to master good customer service skills, handle customer complaints and suggestions in a timely manner, and ensure that problems are properly resolved.Welcome important guests in person, provide personalized service, and create a good dining atmosphere.
Collect customer feedback regularly, analyze customer needs and opinions, and propose improvement measures to continuously improve service quality.

Job requirements:
-Experience in hotel restaurant service or Fine Dining restaurant service at least 2 years.
-Good knowledge of food and beverage and service awareness.
-Oral and written fluency in Chinese & English.
-Have passion for food and beverage service and can actively interact with guests to upselling hotel products
-International hotel experience in the same position is preferred.
