3.密切注意池内情况，对于各种异常情况，果断迅速的采取有效求助措施。
4.定期进行业务技术学习，相互交流经验，不断提高业务水平。

1.在有效期内的救生证
2.能遵守救生组长岗位职责
3.要求具备良好的沟通能力
4.对酒店健身中心的产品和泳池服务有广泛的理解
Job responsibility：

2.Do a good job in swimmers' safety management.
3.Pay attention to the situation in the pool, and take effective help measures decisively and quickly for various abnormal situations.

Job requirement:
1. Life saving certificate within the validity period 
2. Be able to comply with the responsibilities of the lifesaving team leader 
3. Good communication skills are required 
4. Extensive understanding of hotel fitness center products and pool services
