工作职责：
1. 负责食材的采购，挑选优质原材料，保证食材的质量和性价比。
2. 严格验收采购的食材，确保食材符合质量标准和食品安全要求。
3. 强化厨房的卫生和安全管理，落实清洁消毒制度，规范员工操作行为。
4. 定期检查厨房设备和设施的安全性，及时排除安全隐患。
5. 不断研究新的菜品和烹饪方法，结合员工的饮食需求和健康理念，推出特色菜品。
6. .对现有菜品进行评估和改进，提高菜品的满意度和口碑。
7. 收集员工对餐厅菜品和服务的反馈意见，及时向员餐厨师长汇报，及时调整和改进厨房工作。
8. 监督厨师严格按照菜品配方和制作流程进行烹饪，保证菜品的一致性和稳定性
Job responsibilities
1. Responsible for the procurement of food materials, select high-quality raw materials, 
   and ensure the quality and cost performance of food materials. 
2. Strictly accept the purchased ingredients to ensure that the ingredients meet the quality 
   standards and food safety requirements.  
3. Strengthen the hygiene and safety management of the kitchen, implement the cleaning 
   and disinfection system, and standardize the operation behavior of the staff. 
4. Regularly check the safety of kitchen equipment and facilities to eliminate safety hazards 
   in time.  
5. Constantly researching new dishes and cooking methods, and introducing special dishes 
   according to the dietary needs and health concepts of employees. 
6. Evaluate and improve the existing dishes to improve the satisfaction and reputation of        dishes. 
7. Collect staff's feedback on restaurant dishes and services, report to the chef in time, adjust 
   and improve the kitchen work in time.  
8. Supervise the chef to cook in strict accordance with the recipe and production process to
    ensure the consistency and stability of the dishes.
