岗位职责:
监督日常运营，包括餐厅的开放和关闭流程，确保一切运作顺畅。

确保为顾客提供卓越的用餐体验，及时处理顾客的投诉和建议。与顾客建立良好的关系，提高顾客的忠诚度和满意度。
与厨师团队合作，制定和更新菜单，确保菜品符合米其林标准和法式餐饮的特色。
监督食材的采购和库存管理，保证食材的新鲜度和质量。负责预算的制定和控制，包括成本控制、收入管理和利润分析。
审批采购申请和费用报销，确保财务合规范。
定期进行安全检查和培训，以防止事故和紧急情况的发生。
严格把控餐厅的服务品质和菜品质量，维护米其林星级的声誉。
不断寻求改进和创新的机会，以提升餐厅的整体水平。策划和组织特别活动，如节日庆祝、私人聚会和品酒活动等。

Job Responsibilities:
Incharge daily operations, including restaurant opening and closing processes, to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Recruit, train and manage a team of staff including cooks, waiters, cashiers, etc.Develop employee scheduling, ensure adequate manpower coverage, and arrange employees' rest and work time reasonably.
Motivate and evaluate employee performance, deal with employee problems and disputes.
To ensure an excellent dining experience for customers and to deal with customer complaints and suggestions in a timely manner.Build good relationship with customers, improve customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Work with the chef team to develop and update the menu, ensuring that the dishes meet Michelin standards and the characteristics of French cuisine.
Supervise food procurement and inventory management to ensure freshness and quality of food.Responsible for budget formulation and control, including cost control, revenue management and profit analysis.
Approve purchase requests and expense claims to ensure financial complianc.
Ensure that the restaurant complies with all health and safety regulations, including food handling, storage and kitchen cleanliness standards.
Conduct regular safety inspections and training to prevent accidents and emergencies.Strictly control the service quality and dish quality of the restaurant, and maintain the reputation of Michelin stars.
Plan and organize special events such as holiday celebrations, private parties and wine tastings.

相关专业（如酒店管理、烹饪艺术管理等）的本科及以上学历。
具有3年及以上在高端餐厅或星级酒店餐饮部门的管理经验，有ADD早餐服务经验。
对食材、菜品搭配和烹饪技巧有深入了解。
熟悉葡萄酒和各类饮品的知识，能够提供专业的搭配建议。
具备出色的团队领导和人员管理能力，能够激励和培养员工。
拥有良好的组织、协调和决策能力，能够有效地处理复杂的运营问题。
具备卓越的客户服务意识和沟通技巧，能够处理各类客户需求和投诉。

Job requirements：
Bachelor's degree or above in relevant majors (such as hotel management, culinary arts management, etc.).
Have 3 years or more of management experience in the catering department of high-end restaurants or star hotels, and have experience in ADD breakfast service.
Have a deep understanding of ingredients, dish combinations and cooking techniques.
Familiar with the knowledge of wine and various beverages, and capable of providing professional pairing suggestions.
Possessing outstanding team leadership and personnel management skills, capable of motivating and nurturing employees.
Possessing excellent organizational, coordination and decision-making skills, capable of effectively handling complex operational issues.
Possessing outstanding customer service awareness and communication skills, capable of handling all kinds of customer demands and complaints.
English communication skills enable barrier-free communication with international clients and employees.
Be familiar with the relevant regulations and hygiene standards of the catering industry to ensure the compliant operation of the restaurant.
Be able to remain calm in a high-pressure working environment and effectively deal with various unexpected situations.
