工作职责:
1. 按照酒店预订流程处理客房预订及相关咨询，确保所有预订信息准确无误。
2. 记录并处理所有新进预订，包括个人预订和团队预订。
3. 处理预订的取消、更改（如延住、提前离店等）以及未到预订的调查与跟进。
4. 确保所有与预订相关的事宜（如交通安排、特殊要求等）得到妥善处理。
5. 接听电话并进行电话销售，确保最大化提升酒店收益。
6. 监控预订情况，及时向管理层汇报当前及未来的入住率。
7. 准备并维护预订相关的文件、报告、信函及其他业务文档，确保信息准确且及时更新。
8. 定期生成预订销售报告，供管理层参考。
9. 与客户及其他部门密切合作，确保预订安排顺利进行。 
10. 以专业和积极的态度与部门及酒店其他员工互动，促进团队精神和有效沟通。
11. 遵守酒店的员工手册、政策及行为准则，确保工作符合酒店的标准和要求。
12. 保持工作区域的高度清洁，维护酒店的形象和环境标准。
13. 完成上级交办的其他任务，确保工作流程顺畅。
14. 保持对酒店产品和服务的高度了解，能够向客人解释并推销酒店的各项设施和服务。
15. 向客人提供有关酒店服务、活动及周边景点的详细信息，确保客人需求得到及时响应。
16. 运用增销技巧 (Upselling)，推销酒店客房及其他产品和服务。
17. 确保将准确的预订信息传达至相关部门，以满足客人的期望并提升满意度。

岗位要求:
大专及以上学历
至少1年在国际连锁酒店担任类似岗位的经验。
良好的计算机技能，熟练使用MS Windows， MS Office 及其他常用办公软件。
掌握OPERA系统操作者优先。

Job Responsibilities: 
Handle room reservations and related inquiries in accordance with the hotel reservation process to ensure the accuracy of all reservation information.
Record and process all new reservations, including individual and group reservations.
Handle reservation cancellations, changes (such as extended stays, early check - outs, etc.), and conduct investigations and follow - ups on no - show reservations.
Ensure that all reservation - related matters (such as transportation arrangements, special requests, etc.) are properly handled.
Answer phone calls and conduct telephone sales to maximize hotel revenue.
Monitor reservation situations and report current and future occupancy rates to management in a timely manner.
Prepare and maintain reservation - related documents, reports, letters, and other business documents to ensure accurate and up - to - date information.
Regularly generate reservation sales reports for management reference.
Cooperate closely with customers and other departments to ensure the smooth progress of reservation arrangements.
Interact with department and other hotel employees in a professional and positive manner to promote team spirit and effective communication.
Comply with the hotel's employee handbook, policies, and code of conduct to ensure that work meets the hotel's standards and requirements.
Keep the work area highly clean and maintain the hotel's image and environmental standards.
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors to ensure the smooth flow of work processes.
Maintain a high level of knowledge about hotel products and services and be able to explain and promote various hotel facilities and services to guests.
Provide guests with detailed information about hotel services, activities, and surrounding attractions to ensure that guests' needs are responded to in a timely manner.
Use upselling techniques to promote hotel rooms and other products and services.
Ensure that accurate reservation information is communicated to relevant departments to meet guests' expectations and enhance satisfaction.

Job requirements:
College diploma or higher education required.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role at an international chain hotel.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Windows, MS Office, and other common office software.
Knowledge of OPERA system is preferred.
