We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant
General Manager to lead the operations of our fine dining restaurant.
This hands‑on leader will oversee every aspect of service, team management, and
guest experience, ensuring that our culinary and service standards remain world‑class.
The role balances operational excellence with financial accountability, driving
revenue, controlling costs, and fostering a collaborative, high‑performing team
environment. The ideal candidate will be a passionate hospitality professional
who thrives in a fast‑paced, luxury setting and continuously seeks ways to
elevate both guest satisfaction and employee engagement.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

 
Proven
     experience as a Restaurant General Manager or senior F&B leader,
     preferably in Michelin‑starred or luxury hotel restaurants.
 
Strong
     operational knowledge of fine dining service, including table setting,
     beverage service, and dining rhythm.
 
Demonstrated
     ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse team, with a hands‑on
     approach to daily operations.
 
Excellent
     communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle guest
     feedback and special requests professionally.
 
Solid
     financial acumen – able to achieve revenue budgets, manage costs, and
     optimize profitability.
 
Organized,
     flexible, and self‑motivated, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
 
Committed
     to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and equipment
     maintenance.
 
Fluent
     in English and Mandarin is preferred to effectively liaise with both
     international and local guests.
