工作职责：
负责餐厅领位的日常管理和运营，确保客人在餐厅用餐的各个环节顺利进行。
监督餐厅的清洁和卫生工作，确保就餐环境整洁舒适。
与其他部门（如厨房、采购等）密切协作，确保信息畅通，协调解决运营中出现的问题。
与厨师团队合作，确保菜品的质量、口感和呈现符合餐厅的标准和特色。
及时处理顾客的投诉和建议，确保问题得到妥善解决。
迎接重要客人，提供个性化服务，营造良好的用餐氛围。
定期收集顾客反馈，分析顾客需求和意见，提出改进措施，以持续提升服务质量。

岗位要求：
-具备酒店餐饮服务或社会高级餐厅服务相关工作经验1年以上。
-具备良好的餐饮知识以及服务意识。
-良好的英语和普通话以及书写。
-对餐饮服务有热情，能积极主动的与客人互动销售酒店的产品。
-具有国际性酒店同岗位工作经验，优先录取。

Job Responsibilities：
Be responsible for the daily management and operation of the restaurant's seating arrangement to ensure that all aspects of guests' dining experience in the restaurant proceed smoothly.
Supervise the cleaning and hygiene work of the restaurant to ensure a clean and comfortable dining environment.
Work closely with other departments (such as the kitchen, purchasing, etc.) to ensure smooth information flow and coordinate to solve problems that arise during operation. 
Work with the chef team to ensure that the quality, taste and presentation of the dishes meet the standards and characteristics of the restaurant.
Handle customers' complaints and suggestions in a timely manner to ensure that problems are properly resolved.
Welcome important guests, provide personalized services and create a pleasant dining atmosphere.
Regularly collect customer feedback, analyze customer needs and opinions, and propose improvement measures to continuously enhance service quality.

Job requirements:
-Experience in hotel restaurant service or Fine Dining restaurant service at least 1 year.
-Good knowledge of food and beverage and service awareness.
-Oral and written fluency in Chinese & English.
-Have passion for food and beverage service and can actively interact with guests to upselling hotel products
-International hotel experience in the same position is preferred.
