工作职责：
确保酒吧的日常运营顺畅，维持良好的营业秩序。
保证酒吧环境整洁、舒适，设施设备正常运行。
协助制定酒吧的营销和推广策略，吸引顾客。
积极与顾客沟通交流，处理顾客投诉和建议，确保顾客满意度。
保证为顾客提供优质、高效的服务体验。
监控酒水等物资的库存情况，合理控制库存水平。
负责酒水等物品的盘点和报损工作。 
协助进行物资的采购申请。

岗位要求：
良好的沟通能力具备良好的餐饮知识以及服务意识对餐饮服务有热情。
能积极主动的与客人互动，销售酒店的产品。
具有国际性酒店同岗位工作经验。

Job Responsibilities：
Ensure the smooth daily operation of the bar and maintain a good business order.
Ensure that the bar environment is clean and comfortable, and that the facilities and equipment are operating normally.
Assist in formulating the marketing and promotion strategies for the bar to attract customers.
Actively communicate and interact with customers, handle customer complaints and suggestions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure to provide customers with high-quality and efficient service experiences.
Monitor the inventory of alcoholic beverages and other materials, and reasonably control the inventory level. 
Be responsible for the inventory taking and damage reporting of alcoholic beverages and other items.
Assist in applying for the purchase of materials.

Job Requirements：
Good communication skills, solid knowledge of catering and service awareness, and enthusiasm for catering services.
Be proactive in interacting with guests and selling the hotel's products.
Have working experience in the same position in international hotels.
