1. Responsible for answering the telephone of the office of the engineering department and related affairs, and doing a good job of communication and liaison among various departments;
2. Responsible for the circulation, recycling and archiving of documents, notices and materials of the engineering department;
3. Assist the head of the engineering department in the scheduling of facilities and equipment;
4. Assisted each person in charge of engineering department and division supervisor to sort out and print various reports and documents;
5. Apply for office supplies and fill in relevant reports;
6. Responsible for the attendance of engineering staff, welfare and labor protection supplies receiving and distributing.
