1. Collect guest opinion questionnaire to maintain service quality improvement;

2. Provide accurate booking information to guests;

3. Implement the list of "unbooked guests" and daily team cancellations;

4. Prepare work schedules and schedules for all reservations staff;

5. Manage the writing of daily/monthly/annual daily correspondence (letters);

6. Forecast the existing and future booking situation, room rental situation and make forecast statements;

7. Familiar with the procedures for dealing with room reservations;

8. Understand the composition of the hotel revenue, and use this to evaluate the business of local customers and the group, so as to provide data for future price setting and the 8 merchants;

9. Monitor competitor pricing across all revenue segments, understand local market dynamics and demand generation, and recommend appropriate actions regarding hotel pricing and market mix strategies to the Revenue team;

10. Monitor and determine market demand and make major business decisions through analysis of historical data and current bookings;

11. Manage all booking channels.

11.管理所有预订渠道。
