Sign in for attendance in full uniform, uniform must be cleaned and presentable. Always check personal hygiene and be well groomed in appearance. Always wear a clean and tidy uniform and well-polished shoe.

Handle all complaints and requests immediately and tactfully. Make sure the guests are satisfied with the service before they leave the hotel. Request assistance from the Exec. Housekeeper if complaints and requests cannot be handled.
Clean and make up occupied rooms according to hotel standards by performing such duties as:
A: Emptying and cleaning of wastebaskets, ashtrays, etc. Removes room service trays from rooms for collection by room service personnel.
B: Making of beds Proper bed making as instructed according to the procedures. Ensure that all linens on the beds are clean and in good condition. Always check bed pads, blankets and bedspread, whether there are blooded marks and stains.
C: Cleaning of bathroom which includes:
a. Toilet bowls 马桶
b. Bathtubs and washbasins 浴缸和面盆
c. Mirrors, shower curtains镜子和浴帘
d. Floors and wall tiles 地面和墙砖
e. Ceiling and drainage 天花和地漏
Proper procedure in cleaning bathrooms and using right chemicals and dilution. Ensure that there is no hair in the bathtub and washbasin. Ensure that mirrors and fixtures are well polished and without stains. Dusting furniture and fittings.
D:Systematic way of dusting and using right supply and polishers. Ensure that the corners and inside the drawers are touched. Check and remember guest supplies, which are, need to be replaced during dusting furniture.
E:Changing towels, replenishing supplies as per standard set-up such as matches, soaps, stationers, etc.
F: Vacuuming of carpets starting from far of room and ends at entrance. Vacuuming upholstery and furnishing.
Check and report all maintenance repairs and requests to the supervisor immediately.
Check and report mini bar consumed item to F/O cashier.
Keep linen shelves and pantry neat and clean at all times. Ensure that vacuum cleaner is clean and in good condition.
Reports of lost and found items to HSKP office immediately.
Carry out turn down service in the evening.
Handles other duties and projects as assigned by the management.
Is prepared to implement assigned tasks during emergencies such as fires, power cuts and bomb threats.
Should familiar with in-house facilities for the purpose of assisting guests.
