负责全酒店的运营工作。责任范围涵盖产品标准、服务、人力资源管理、市场销售战略目标及结果。
Be responsible for the entire hotel operation. The scope of responsibilities cover standards of the product, service, management of talent resources and the sales and marketing strategies,goals and results. 
保证房务部及餐饮部工作顺利开展，按照酒店的标准进行盈利。
To ensure Rooms and F&B outlets and banquets operate successfully and are individually profitable in accordance with the standards of the hotel.
指导工程及安防部门在总经理指挥下和品牌指导方针开展工作。
To direct Engineering and Security departments in the operation and under the direction of the GM and the guidelines of the brand system.
在总经理缺席时，承担必要的责任。使总经理了解在其缺席期间所发生的任何预料之外的事件。
In the absence of the GM, assumes responsibilities as appropriate. Keep GM informed of any unforeseen events, which may occur in his absence.
英语及中国普通话流利。
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
3年高层综合运营管理职位经验。
3 years of general management experience in a high level operations role.
