1.检查礼宾部工作区域和临近的大堂区域，确保其整洁有秩序，符合标准。
2.回顾到店/离店客人名单，作为值班准备。
3.迎接所有的到店客人，以符合酒店标准的礼貌和职业态度，真心热情的迎客。
4.引导客人到前台接待处或指定的登记区域。
5.提供行李服务，确保所有进店的行李被做好标记并立即交付至正确的房间.
6.将行李交付到客人的房间时，确认客人对房间设施表示满意，能立即处理小问题。
7.当客人入住房间时，为客人介绍客房的设施，例如：空调的控制，灯具开关，保险箱，电视电话，衣柜等。
8.客人退房后，如有要求，帮助客人将行李搬运至正确的车辆上；同前台协调确认所有事宜办理完毕。
9.当收运行李时，检查橱柜和抽屉，以确认客人没有遗漏任何物品。
10.同宾客服务中心密切协调各种信息的处理和交付，确保恰当的跟进/记录的更新。
11.提升酒店产品和服务知识，以便清楚的向客人提供解答、服务和设施。
12.熟悉酒店的紧急预案，如火灾，暴力事件，炸弹恐吓，台风警报等。
