本岗位面向集团内部企业和社会公开招聘，同等条件下，集团内部人员优先录用。
岗位职责：
1. 全面主持酒店前厅部的工作。
2. 组织梳理前厅部各岗位服务质量标准、操作流程标准并对各项工作落实情况进行监督检查。
3. 负责组织做好每日客房出租率预测，并动态调整散客销售策略，使客房达到最高出租率和平均房价。
4. 负责监督检查客人入店登记以及离店结账工作，确保房账账务的准确性。
5. 组织建立VIP客户档案，维护好客户关系，在客户入住前提前准备个性化服务工作。
6. 督促员工引导客人关注并适时推广酒店会员体系。
7. 负责本部门的人力调度，确保前厅部营业各岗的运行顺利。按照奖惩条例对各岗员工进行定期评估。
8. 负责监督、检查部门各岗位员工的仪容仪表、礼节礼貌、工作程序、工作质量符合规范要求，努力为宾客提供热情有礼、服务周到、高效准确的服务。
9. 快速有效处理客人的投诉。
10. 完成总经理交办的其他工作任务。
任职资格
1、本科及以上学历，有同岗位工作经验3年以上。
2、熟悉酒店前厅的经营管理工作，具有较强的工作责任感和敬业精神。
3、良好的英语口语表达能力，较强的协调管理能力，具有一定的销售能力。4、面掌握前台收银方面的财务基础知识，能处理日常服务环节中所涉及到的财务方面的问题。
