薪酬模式为岗位工资+业绩提成
岗位职责：
1. 全面主持酒店营销部的工作。
2. 组织梳理营销部各岗位服务质量标准、操作流程标准并对各项工作落实情况进行监督检查。
3. 结合酒店的经营情况，拟定市场调研计划并组织收集各类信息，汇总分析后形成调研分析报告。
4. 结合调研分析报告和外部公开信息，预测市场发展趋势，针对目标客源市场和竞争对手的数据分析，提出酒店的市场开发策略、价格策略，拟定市场营销推广计划并按计划组织实施。
5. 充分识别顾客需求，挖掘潜在客源市场，不断满足顾客要求，及时制定酒店的营销计划并组织实施，努力增加酒店各项收入，提高经济效益。
6. 建立酒店分销系统，是酒店市场份额最大化。
7. 监督指导所有的销售活动。
8. 负责协调维护市场与客户关系，做好大客户的日常维护工作；
9. 监管与媒介的关系，确保酒店和运营部门在媒介报道内获得一定的竞争地位。
10. 参与建立酒店管理公司的官方微信公众号，针对私域客户群开展各类促销活动。
11. 制定销售费用的预算，控制销售成本，提高销售利润；
12. 指导帮助销售团队工作, 促进团队成员不断提升工作能力和销售业绩。
13. 负责业务团队管理及人才梯队建设并定期进行评估。
14. 完成总经理交办的其他工作任务。
任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，酒店销售部门从业经验8年以上，有五星级酒店同岗位工作经验3年以上。
2、熟悉酒店各项产品销售工作，有大客户积累，且具有较强的工作责任感和敬业精神。
3、对营销工作的组织及执行有丰富的经验。
4、具有较强的管理能力、判断和决策能力、人际沟通协调能力、计划与执行能力。
