本岗位面向集团内部企业和社会公开招聘，同等条件下，集团内部人员优先录用。
岗位职责：
1. 全面负责酒店工程维修实务和技术的组织、指导及管理工作。
2. 负责组织编制工程方面的年度预算（包含设备设施维保、更新改造、日常维修、技术革新等）及设备设施保养周期计划，获批后做好督促、检查和落实工作。
3. 熟悉酒店主要设施设备的性能及操作、节能、维修保养、运行管理要点。
4. 负责酒店设施设备的安装验收、安全运行、维修保养和组织安排日常维修或修缮等管理工作，确保酒店设施设备完好正常运行。
5. 组织制定工程部门各系统岗位规范、操作规程，做好日常安全生产培训，把握人员和设施设备状态，同时抓好防自然灾害工作，发现问题及时处理，杜绝各种安全生产事故，保证酒店安全运营。
6. 在保证各类系统设备正常运行且不影响客人感受的前提下，抓好技术革新、技术改造工作，做好节能降耗工作。
7. 负责各类零配备件的采购规格、数量和质量的验收，控制每笔费用支出。
8. 对各种设施设备的操作部门负有按规范操作使用的指导权和监督检查权。
9. 完成上级交办的其他工作。
任职资格：
1.大专及以上学历，酒店管理、建筑工程等相关专业优先，30-45岁。条件特别优秀的可适当放宽。
2.熟悉星级酒店运营流程和法律法规。
3.具有良好的职业道德，较强的沟通协调和应变能力，较强管理和团队建设能力，有较强的资源整合能力与策划能力；
4.认同酒店企业文化核心价值观，有很强的服务意识、学习能力和工作责任心。
5.行业内有丰富资源与影响力，有可被验证的成功的酒店经营管理业绩。
6.10年以上星级酒店工作经验，3年以上星级酒店工程部经理管理经验，具有酒店筹备管理经验者优先考虑。
