本岗位面向集团内部企业和社会公开招聘，同等条件下，集团内部人员优先录用。

岗位职责

1．健全公司日审的收入审计制度，做到一切流程统一化、标准化。

2．组织审核每日的各类收入、宾客预存账款的消费情况,所有收入必须遵循财务制度。

3．组织审核由出纳制定的每日现金收入报表。

4．根据餐饮收益日报、夜审前厅收益日报、夜审信用卡报表及现金报表，审核各种付款方式是否正确（包括现金、信用卡、支票以及各类电子支付方式）。

5．管理餐厅使用的票据，确保票据单号的连贯性，登记和作废票据均记录在案。

6．编制收入日报，然后分发给各餐厅经理和管理层领导。

7．编制收银员现金盈亏月报表。

8．健全返佣管理制度，监督执行情况。

9．登记每日信用卡明细、银行对帐单，对信用卡进行核对。

10．根据每日审核情况，及时上报发现的问题，分析原因并上报。

11．每月不定时抽查服务员作房报表是否与实际相符。

12．负责公司分配本岗位使用的固定资产和低值易耗品的管理，做到帐实相符。

13．协助上级做好本岗位安全生产和卫生防疫工作。

14.服从领导安排，认真完成领导交办的各项工作任务。

任职资格

学历和专业要求：具有财经专业大专以上学历，受过酒店管理专业培训。

资格证书：会计岗位从业资格证

经验要求：前台工作经验，1年以上酒店财务工作经验，其中有酒店日审工作经验优先

能力素质要求：具有较好的职业道德，遵纪守法，廉洁奉公，实事求是，具有强烈的责任心和事业心，较强的语言表达能力；具有较好的判断、分析问题与解决问题的能力

知识与技能要求：熟悉前厅收款、外围站点收款、夜审的工作程序、工作内容，掌握收款各个环节之间的关系，并把发现收款管理中的问题及时分析其原因，提出解决问题的办法。能熟练使用财务管理系统软件和常用办公软
