招聘应付帐款主管_辽宁大厦招聘信息-最佳东方

本岗位面向集团内部企业和社会公开招聘，同等条件下，集团内部人员优先录用。

岗位职责

1. 负责审核各类应付账款，以保证资金支付合理、合法、安全。

2. 审核所有应付款账单，发票是否正确。

3. 做好有关帐务处理，负责编制付款类记账凭证。

4. 检查核对人员工资、福利保险项目的入账及付款是否一致，发现问题及时与人事部相关人员联系。根据人事部提供的相关资料填报个人所得税。

5. 审核收货记录的价格和数量变化作出差异报告。

6. 每月按时与供应商等应付往来单位对账，关注申购单的数量，单价等日常定购的细节。

7. 根据市场采购定价单，定期抽查食品和酒水项目的采购单，看他们的价格和数量与每天收货报告的差异情况。

8. 协助处理每天的发票，例如必须和被批准的收货记录和相关的支持文件相匹配。

9. 确保每月的明细帐和实际的实物账相符。

10. 已收到货品和服务，但没有收到发票，协助准备月底前预提。

11. 负责公司分配本岗位使用的固定资产和低值易耗品的管理，做到帐实相符。

12. 协助上级做好本岗位安全生产和卫生防疫工作。

13.服从领导安排，认真完成领导交办的各项工作任务。

任职资格

1.学历和专业要求：大专及以上学历

2.资格证书：会计岗位从业资格证

3.经验要求：3年以上工作经验，1年以上酒店财务工作经验，其中有酒店应付账工作经验优先

4.能力素质要求：具有较好的职业道德，遵纪守法，廉洁奉公，实事求是，具有强烈的责任心和事业心；较强的语言沟通表达能力；具有较好分析判断能力

5.知识与技能要求：熟悉酒店行业经营模式，了解财务内控管理、成本核算；熟悉国税、地税网报税及统计网上申报的操作流程；能熟练使用财务管理系统软件和常用办公软件
