本岗位面向集团内部企业和社会公开招聘，同等条件下，集团内部人员优先录用。
岗位职责：
1. 稽核餐厅上日各营业交来的各种帐单、票据、结算凭证是否齐全，所有单据和每班的收款报表是否准确。
2. 稽核当日各种消费项目明细表。
3. 稽核各种优惠、折扣、减免、赠送是否符合规定，手续是否完备，并跟据明细账报表做好相应的分单，并编制优惠折扣明细统计表。
4. 负责核对收银员的帐单，收款收据，杂项支出，信用减免使用是否正确，及所有票据必须联号试用，不得跳号跳页，作费帐单是否三联刘全。
5. 核对前台及各营业点的发票、账单、报表及关原始凭证的内容中否完整，有否错漏、虚假、帐单、发票合计数与报表是否相符。
6. 检查上日发生的营业收入调整冲账是否合理，是否已按规定流程审批。
7. 对各挂帐单位的帐目进行整理复核，并转财务经理催收。
8. 每日把各类报表按日期、序号存放，月末装订成册。
9. 认真检查收银工作，提示问题，提示改进意见。
10. 记录工作中存在原问题，对审核过程中未能处理的事项急时上报财务经理。
11. 负责审核每天的收货单，按入库货物的种类入帐，并编制记帐凭证。
12. 审核每日的领料单，按照出库货物的种类入帐，并根据各部门领货数量、金额等资料编制记帐凭证。
13. 每月期末结帐，对库存的物品、食品、饮料等进行盘点。做到帐帐相符。每月月末到厨房、酒吧等部门进行盘点、计算出每月实际食品、饮料的消耗，保证成本真实准确。
14. 编制食品、饮料当月成本核算表，物品消耗表等，并根据记帐凭证登记入帐。
15.完成上级交办的其他工作。
任职条件
1.学历和专业要求：高中及以上学历，
2.经验要求：有1年以上餐厅财务核算工作经验
3.能力素质要求：具有较好的职业道德，遵纪守法，廉洁奉公，实事求是，具有强烈的责任心和事业心，较强的语言表达能力；具有较好的判断、分析问题与解决问题的能力；善于分析问题，思维敏捷，能迅速发现成本控制和费用支出中的问题，并提出解决办法
4.知识与技能要求：具有一定的食品、饮料采购、保管贮藏、烹调知识；能熟练使用财务管理系统软件和常用办公软件
