【岗位职责】
1、按标准流程清洁与整理客房，确保房间整洁、物品摆放规范，达到酒店卫生质量验收标准。
2、及时补充客房内所需各类客用品，检查并上报房间设施设备运行状况，发现损坏或故障时及时报修并跟进处理。
3、为住店客人提供热情、礼貌的日常服务，受理客人提出的合理要求与需求，如加送物品、协助开门等，并及时反馈至前台或主管。
4、负责楼层公共区域（走廊、电梯间、消防通道等）的日常清洁与维护，保持环境整洁无异味。
5、严格执行酒店安全制度，发现可疑人员或安全隐患立即上报，按规定管理楼层钥匙与工作间物资。
6、正确操作清洁设备与工具，按规范使用和存放各类清洁剂，做好工作记录及交接班事项。
【岗位要求】
1、学历不限，有无工作经验均可，入职后提供带薪岗前培训，能快速掌握客房清洁流程与服务标准。
2、年龄不限，身体健康，能适应体力劳动及站立、弯腰、推车等工作姿势。
3、工作认真细致，吃苦耐劳，有责任心，能保质保量完成既定房间清洁任务。
4、具备良好的服务意识和沟通能力，能够礼貌对待客人及同事，服从管理安排。
5、能接受倒班或轮班工作制（具体班次面议），无不良嗜好及违法犯罪记录。
