薪酬结构：岗位工资+计件工资，每周休息1天，包食宿（饭店院内地上集体宿舍），五险+补充医疗保险，城镇户籍有住房公积金，每月发放美发代金券（店内使用），每季度发放劳保用品，重要节日发放节日礼品代金券，节日工作按3倍岗位工资发放节日加班费。年终根据经营业绩情况发放奖金。
辽宁饭店岗位
岗位职责：
1.清扫客房，每日清扫房间为12--13间，认真核对房态，确保房态准确，上报楼层主管或查房员。
2.按照工作程序和标准清扫房间及环境卫生，达到卫生标准及质量要求。
3.按照标准补充各种客用品和棉织品。
4.负责客房酒水的输帐、补充、更换等工作。
5.负责责任区的公共环境卫生，并达到标准。
6.认真填写有关工作报告、表格及消费单据等。
7.做好客衣的收取、登记工作。
8.负责客人离店前的客房酒水消费及房间设备、设施完好的检查，并报房务中心。
9.正确处理客人遗留、消费等物品。
10.做好清洁工具的准备和保养工作。
11.严格执行钥匙管理规程，准确地执行钥匙发收管理规定。正确使用和保管责任区的钥匙。
12.掌握安全消防知识、确保工作区域内的客人及财产的安全。
13.熟悉服务设备设施的功能，严格按照操作程序进行使用与维护。
14.对责任区内的设备、设施负责及时报修。
任职资格：
1.学历要求：初中及以上学历
2.经验要求：1年以上客房清扫员工资经历
3.能力素质要求：较强的执行力和沟通能力，工作认真负责
4.技能要求：客房清扫业务熟练
计算机能力：一般年龄要求：18-46岁
