（一）岗位职责
1.展览展会业务。与北京公司各项目公司相互协作发展展会经济，包括办展、设展、参展以及提供展会服务等，通过展会做好宣传辽宁、输出辽宁好品好物的目的，通过展会服务增加新经济收益。
2.新媒体平台建设。组建新媒体工作室，迅速打通抖音、快手、小红书等新媒体运营渠道。
3.新媒体平台运营。培养公司自有媒体号、主播团队等，建立成熟的北京公司新媒体运营版块。
4.信息对接与跟进维护。整理客户线索、供应商、项目台账、合同资料等归档。
5.基础推广工作。协作完成活动宣传文案、素材整理、渠道发布等工作。
（二）任职条件1. 大专及以上学历，会展、营销、新媒体、运营管理等相关专业优先。
2. 有会展活动执行、数字化运营、行政运营相关经验优先。
3. 工作细致负责，沟通协调能力强，具备良好的执行力与抗压能力。
4. 熟练使用Office办公软件，会基础文案撰写与数据整理。
5. 态度积极，学习能力强，有团队意识与服务意识。
