1、通过电话、在线平台、邮件等渠道，高效处理客房、餐饮、会议等预订需求，准确录入并确认系统信息，灵活推荐房型、套餐及附加服务。 2、实时对接前台、客房、餐饮等部门，更新房态与可用资源，跟进预订变更、取消及特殊需求，避免超订、错订，确保信息准确无误。 3、负责酒店内外部来电接听、转接及留言记录，提供预订咨询、设施指引、服务介绍等查询服务，处理叫醒、请勿打扰等日常需求。 4、在职权范围内协调处理客户咨询与投诉，遇紧急情况及时上报并跟进反馈，做好全程记录。
5、负责客户预订档案维护、账单数据核对，妥善保管工作记录、留言单据等相关资料，保持工作区域整洁。 6、配合各部门做好沟通协同，保障酒店服务流程顺畅高效，完成上级交办的相关工作【岗位要求】
1、普通话标准，口齿清晰，具备良好的语言表达和沟通能力。
2、服务意识强，耐心细致，能够妥善处理客人需求及突发情况。
3、具备基础电脑操作能力，能快速学习酒店电话系统及办公软件。
4、工作态度积极，责任心强，能适应倒班制工作（包括夜班）。
5、学历、经验、年龄不限，有酒店、客服或电话服务经验者优先。
