 1. JOB REVIEW: 工作描述

l 主管招聘、雇佣、薪酬、福利、员工关系、员工认可计划以及培训等在内的各项人力资源项目,并确保员工遵守酒店相关政策。通过营造积极向上的团队文化以保证酒店宾客的独特体验,并赋品牌以生命。为酒店总经理和领导团队提供与人力资源相关的辅导和建议。在君廷酒店,我们希望感觉自己可以做到最好,能够达成他们的目标并因他们的成就而受到认可赞赏。

l Competent recruitment, employment, salary, benefits, employee relationship, employee recognized plan and training inside each human resource projects. And to ensure that all employees keep all hotel’s policy. By creating a positive team culture in order to ensure that the hotel guest's unique experience, and vitalize the brand with life. Provide the HR guidance and advice to the hotel General Manager and Management team. At our Barony Hotel, We hope that we can do the best feeling, can achieve their goal and because of their achievements and recognition admiration.

          

 

2. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – (Key Activities of the role)

本职工作﹣(职务的主要工作)

财务 FINANCIAL

l   协助制定人力资源部的预算,并督促部门依据预算开展工作。

l   Assist in developing the human resources department budget, and urged the department budget according to begin the work.

l   监管员工编制与人力配置标准以管理成本。

l   Supervision of employees with human with standard management cost.

l   降低因雇佣关系引起的财务风险。

l   Reduce employment for the financial risk of the cause.

l   识别和分析本地薪资福利水平,确保酒店提供的待遇具有同业竞争力。

l   Identifying and analyzing the local salary welfare level, to ensure that the hotel provides treatment has trade competitiveness.

 

员工 PEOPLE

l   推出各种有利于团队协作的活动,为全体员工营造积极的工作氛围(如:全体员工会议、团队成员认可与庆祝活动、社团、健康活动等)。

l   To launch a variety of team building activities, for all the employees build positive work environment (such as: state of hotel meeting, team members recognition and celebration community activities and so on).

l   为酒店领导层和员工提供各类教育与培训,包括绩效管理流程、递进式惩戒规程和相关计划等,从而提高工作效率和提升绩效。

l   Provide various kinds of education and training to all hotel management team, as well as all hotel employees which including performance management process, disciplinary procedures and progressive related plans and so on.

l   为新员工提供入职培训,让新员工了解酒店或公司的标准、政策规定、流程和员工福利待遇等信息。

l   For new staff provide orientation, let new employees know the hotel or the company standard policy process and employee benefits and other information.

l   确保在招聘和甄选流程中随时遵守酒店或公司的聘用标准和政府法规。

l   To ensure that in recruitment and selection process at any time or company hire keep hotel standard and government regulations.

l   计划和分配人力资源部员工的工作。根据酒店或公司的规定和政策,对员工工资、工作规程或其它与人力资源相关的事务提出建议或初拟方案。

l   Planning and distributing of the human resources department organization chart and all employees job description. According to the hotel’s rules and regulations, giving the suggestions and providing the Human Resources related affairs such as employee’s salary scales, working SOP and so on.

 

宾客 GUEST

l   建议并实施宾客服务战略,推动员工积极应对不断变化的宾客需求。

l   Advice and implement the guest services strategy, promote employees to actively respond to the changing needs of the guests.

l   实时掌握影响宾客满意度的市场趋势和本地行情变化。

l   Real time control of the influence of the guest satisfaction market trends and local a change in trend.

l   抽时间与员工进行互动,获取反馈,了解员工提升宾客满意度的渠道。

l   Take the time to interact with the staff, get feedback, understanding staff improve customer satisfaction of channels.

l   与部门经理协作,共同组织开展各类活动以达成服务行为标准,并持续提升宾客体验。

l   Cooperating with department head and common organizing in all kinds of activities to achieve the service behavior standards, and continue to ascend guest experience.

 

企业责任 RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS

l   提升酒店与品牌在本地的知名度,鼓励员工积极参与本地社区活动。

l   Ascension in the hotel and the brand awareness local and encourage staff to actively participate in local community activities.

l   确保遵守相关劳工法规及酒店或公司的政策与流程。

l   Ensure compliance with the labor laws and regulations and the hotel or company policy and process.

l   对工作中发生的所有问题进行调查和研究,了解事实情况,即时发现对酒店或公司可能造成的潜在风险,并通过各类员工关系项目来促进问题的解决。

l   To work all the problems occurred in the investigation and research, understand the facts, instant are found on the hotel or the company could cause potential risks, and through all kinds of employee relations project to promote solution of the problems.

l   收集并维护离职面谈、人员流动统计、旷工报告等数据,了解各种趋势、培训需求和管理问题等。

l   Collect and maintenance exit interview personnel flow statistics absenteeism reports data, understand all kinds of training needs and management problems trend

l   若酒店有工会组织,可能需要管理劳工关系事务,并代表酒店参与相关问题的调停、仲裁及合同协商工作。

l   If the hotel has a trade union organization and may need to manage labor relation affairs, and on behalf of the hotel in related issues of the mediation and arbitration work contract negotiation

l   完成其它分配的任务。可能需要担任值班经理。
