JOB SCOPE: 工作范围

·      The Director of Sales and Marketing’s mission is to primarily promote the hotel and hotels belonging to the chain in your area/region. This position is accountable for managing the total sales effort within a hotel to achieve the highest occupancy, Average Room Rate and meet budged targets.

销售总监的任务主要是推广饭店,使其在本地区享有一定的知名度。该职位全面负责酒店内所有的销售工作,并达到最高的入住率、平均房价以达到预算目标。

 

          

1.      ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – (Key Activities of the role)

本职工作﹣(职务的主要工作)

·      Formulate marketing plan annually with the Assistance from sales team and executive committee members.   同销售团体成员一 起制定年销售计划。

·      With consultation to Executive Committee members, DOSM outlines rate structures, discount policies, special promotional packages and activities; work closely with F& B Director in outlining Banquet and Meeting sales targets, rates and sales operational procedures.

咨询行政管委会成员,市场销售总监制定价格策略、优惠政策、特别促销套价及活动。与餐饮总监紧密合作,确定宴会、会议的销售目标、价格及程序。

·      Work closely with regional sales office and sister hotels for proper positioning and maximum international and regional bookings.   与地区销售办公室及兄弟酒店紧密合作,确立酒店在市场的地位,以从地区及国际多方取得最大限度的客房预定。

·      Make both long and short-term plans, identifying markets and customers according to marketing plan.   制定长期和短期计划,认识市场和顾客。

·      Source, interview and select staff for setting up of sales & marketing team, fulfilling specific jobs and provide job description for each post   寻找、面试、选择新成员以建立市场销售队伍,填充具体的工作岗位,并为每一位置提供工作职责概述。

·      Provide training module, conducting comprehensive and on – going training to sales team for highest standard performance in the market.  Drawing training plan on monthly and annual basis to ensure making the Sales and Marketing team the most competent

提供培训素材,积极引导,继续培训销售队伍,创建市场上的最好业绩。在制定月销售计划及年销售计划的基础上确保销售队伍最具竞争力

·      Direct each division as Sales, Reservations and Public Relations to meet objective and targets.

指导销售人员、预定人员熟悉目的与目标。

·      Conduct yield management for maximum revenue

通过建立横向销售管理手段以争取最大利润。

·      Promote and sell hotel to be the most popular meeting/banquet venue while concentrating on room sales, maximally utilize all the meeting/function rooms and achieve the highest revenue desired and targeted.

在加强房间销售的同时,向热点会议、宴会推销酒店。最大限度地利用会议及多功能厅的设施设备,以取得所预计的最高目标。

·      Direct Reservations with training and prompt information on rates/packages/changes for proper and efficient services to ensure maximum bookings

领导并培训预订人员,收集关于房价、套餐及市场变化的信息,为达到最广泛的预订系统提供完善与高效的服务。

·      Direct Public Relations to promote hotel effectively and efficiently both domestically or internationally and all productions do meet with the requirement standard and specifications.

指导公关人员高速高效地在国内外推销符合公司标准的酒店产品。

·      Organize and submit weekly sales report to the general manager

组织并提交每周销售报告给总经理。

·      Ensure that all new clients have no negative credit references.

确保所有新客户均无没有信用的记录。

·      Provide ongoing sales direction to subordinate staff by implementing the joint call program and providing guidance and direction on the development and execution of customer interviews and action plans.   通过执行销售拜访计划、对客户拜访及实施计划提出建议,为下属提供指导。

·      Submit production reports on a monthly basis. 每月提交自己的客户总结报告。

·      Prepare and administers the hotel Sales Department budget on a monthly basis.

制定并控制饭店销售部的每月预算。

·      Ensure that all commercial reporting for head offices is handled with efficiency and accuracy, meet all dealings without excuse  确保所有提交给总部的商业报告都按要求快速准确完成。

·      The Director of Sales and Marketing is familiar with the operation and application of the hotel's computer / data processing system.  熟悉饭店电脑及数据系统的运作和应用程序。

·      Ensure the implementation and utilization of the departmental use of the in-house software especially on “sales and catering” that computerized reporting system is established and maintained.

·      确保部门人员对“销售及餐饮”等酒店电脑系统软件的运用,以建立并保持电脑报告系统。

·      Keep well informed about the operations especially in key departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Banqueting etc.).

注意饭店尤其是主要部门的运作(前厅部、客房部、餐饮部、宴会厅等)。

·      Closely observe matters pertaining to competition (sites, prices, services offered on a regular basis - quarterly or more often if need be).

密切关注涉及竞争的事宜(位置、常规价格、服务-偶尔或经常需要的)。

·      Promote the hotel as often as possible through entertaining, conducting, site inspections, and presentations etc. of the hotel.

·      Lead, direct and motivate sales team through all necessary sales action and programs to achieve and excel the annual budget targeted.

指导销售队伍的方向并通过采取所有需要的销售行动和程序来达到并超过预期目标。

·      Pay visits to key former, existing and potential clients in view of entering contracts with them, especially commercial accounts.

拜访以前的、现有的和有潜力的客户尤其是商业客户,以保持联系。

·      Achieve (a) budgeted revenues on key accounts and (b) converse key prospects through the preparation and execution of acting plans.  首先完成主要客户的预计营业指标,其次通过精心准备和完成实施计划,发展具有潜力的客户。

·      Define precisely guest requirements and ensure that guest services offer correspondence effectively to their requests.  明确客户需求,确定客户的需要得到了满足。

·      Provide after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints brought to management’s attention and communicate with the respective departments if necessary for proper handling.

提供销售后服务,特别要确保必要时客户所有的投诉都被有关部门认真接受、讨论。

·      Establish mailing list and set up history filing system that automatically prompts sales to do follow up. 

建立通讯名录和客史档案系统以便自动快捷的进行销售。

·      Co-ordinate with the rooms division Manager to implement a yield management and up selling program in the Front Office Department gaining maximum occupancy. 

同房务部经理密切协调以实现房价比例管理,并促进前厅部的销售程序以获得最高的住房率。

·      Propose yearly Sales & Marketing Budget outlining what trade shows we should attend, countries and regions we should visit and why this would be beneficial to the hotel’s profit.

制定每年的销售市场预算,明确每年需要参加的展览会以及需要访问国家和地区,清楚该计划对酒店的收益所带来的利益。

·      Creating hotel’s secretary/booker club, VIP list and long stay guests selling strategy.

创建酒店的秘书/预订主任俱乐部,贵宾名单表及长住客名单的销售策略。

·      Be responsible for expense control and its effectiveness to obtain maximum sales revenue at minimum costs.   负责控制开销,以期以最少的花费获得最多的销售收入。

·      Ensure that all complaints are reviewed, investigated and follow-up action is initiated.

确定所有投诉都已经过调查,并开始实施补救行动。

·      At all time promote a positive image of the hotel in all forms of contact.

在任何时间,任何形式的联系中提高饭店的正面形象。

·      Direct marketing service activities, positioning strategies, assist in completing annual advertising budget and plan.   指导市场服务活动,定位策略,协助完成年度广告预算和计划。

·      Develop & foster close and positive rapport with the public, guests, clients and members of the trade.   鼓励和发展同公众、旅客、客户以及商界人士之间的积极紧密的关系。

·      Ensure quality control to all in-house and contracted productions to meet with Barony standard and requirement, enhance speed and efficiency through proper organization 

酒店内部及指定合同制作将一律按君廷集团的标准进行,通过完善的组织系统达到高速高效。

Experience经验

·      Have at least 6 years working experience in star hotel.

具备星级酒店6年以上工作经验。

 

Additional Skill required其它技能要求:

·      Be familiar with Office tool, Word, Excel, Power Points

熟练使用office工具,Word, Excel, power points
