岗位职责/职位描述

1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

· The Senior Sales Manager performs his/her duties within the framework defined by the chain and hotel norms and by internal regulations as specified by the Director of Sales and Marketing.

在饭店关系网和饭店级别范围内及由销售总监制定的内部规定范围内,完成自己的任务

2. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – (Key Activities of the role)

本职工作﹣(职务的主要工作)

· Provide supervision of job functions assigned to staff members and check the effectiveness to each staff when completed.  指导每一位员工的工作,分派任务并检查完成的情况。

· Control mailing list and ensure it updated constantly.  控制通讯名录并保证不断更新

· Maintain existing business and develop new accounts.  保持现有客户并发展新的客户。

· Maintain good business relationship with all producers.  同客户保持良好的商业关系。

· Complete weekly entertainment and weekly activities plan. 完成每周的款待和活动计划。

· Conduct sales campaign by direct sales call / visits/mailing for group and FIT business, meeting and banquets from all sources for bookings and leads.

对团队和商务散客通过电话销售、访问、邮寄开展销售活动。

· Make sure all booking orders (banquet/meetings) are correctly instructed for effective communication between sales and banquet operation.

确认所有的预定单(包括宴会与会议)被准确无误地在销售部与宴会之间进行沟通并生效。

· Ensure all incoming correspondence and telephone enquiries are handled with efficiency and great care to build up a pleasant working relationship.

保证对所有的来信和电话询问都进行有效的处理,建立一种令人愉快的工作关系。

· Keep clients advised of latest information regarding hotel’s development.

记录客户对于酒店发展的建议和最新的信息。

· Assist in conduct training to new staff.  协助新员工的培训工作。

· The Senior Sales Manager is familiar with the operation and application of the hotel's computer / data processing system.   

熟悉饭店电脑及数据系统的运作和应用程序。

· Ensure the implementation and utilization of in-house software especially the “sales and catering”, use it efficiently and maintain its application

确定并保持对“销售及餐饮”等酒店电脑系统软件的有效运用。

· Keep well informed about the operations especially in essential departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Banqueting etc.).

· 注意整个酒店尤其是主要部门的运作(前厅部、客房部、餐饮部、宴会厅等)。

· Closely observe matters pertaining to competition (sites, prices, services offered on a regular basis - quarterly or more often if need be).

· 密切关注涉及竞争的事宜(位置、常规价格、服务-偶尔或经常需要的)。

· Promotes the hotel as often as possible through entertaining,conducting, site inspections, presentations etc. Of the hotel.  

通过经常宴请、定点参观饭店、介绍饭店等活动推销饭店。

· At all times, promote a positive image of the hotel in all forms of contact.

在随时随地发生的联系中提高饭店的正面形象。

· Develop & foster close and positive rapport with the public, guests, clients and members of the trade.  

鼓励和发展同公众、旅客、客户以及商界人士之间的积极紧密关系。

· In his or her absence, the Senior Sales Manager may be replaced first by the Assistant Director of Sales and Marketing or another Senior Sales Manager appointed by the Director of Sales and Marketing

高级销售经理缺席时,由市场销售总监指定市场销售副总监或另一名高级销售经理代行职责

· The Senior Sales Manager may be called upon the undertake:

高级销售经理可能承担以下责任:

· Activities outside his/her own area and publicize hotels other than his/her own for specific projects and/or programs.  职权范围外的活动和计划外的宣传活动。

· Assist another Director of Sales in the opening or general sales effort of any other of the chain's hotels.   为其他销售总监开始工作或获得其他同水平饭店的信息提供帮助。

· Foster positive owner relationships if applicable and assist in providing ongoing information and status reports.

尽可能培养良好的业主关系,协助提供最新信息和状态报告

· Make recommendations for capital improvements to enhance the assets of the company and brand loyalty.

就设备改建提出建议以增强公司资产和品牌忠诚度

Qualifications学历

· Bachelor degree

本科学历

 

Experience经验

· Have at least 3 years working experience in star hotel.

具备星级酒店3年以上工作经验。
