JOB SCOPE: 工作范围
· To assist Sales & Marketing Director in all sales-related activities in overall and effectively sell all hotel products, maintain good relationship with clients and assist Sales & Marketing Director supervising all sales performance

1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
· Assists the Sales and Marketing Director in management of all sales activities and events including direct sales, sales solicitation, sales administration and management of the sale team.

2. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – (Key Activities of the role)

· Assist Sales & Marketing Director in overseeing the planning and development of promotional strategies and marketing plans

· Assist Sales & Marketing Director in managing the development of department operating plans and reports in order to improve strengths, overcome weaknesses and capture opportunities

· Assist Sales & Marketing Director in instituting suitable processes to allow for the efficient and effective utilization of the departmental resources

· Maintain a regular pattern of sales calls, meeting with principals of target market
