岗位职责/职位描述

JOB SCOPE: 工作范围

· To ensure aware of every aspect of Security Department and the Hotel Facilities and provide consistent customer service to Hotel Guests and work together with colleagues as a Team.

确保关注安保部各方面和酒店设施,为酒店顾客提供一致的客户服务并和同事一道协同合作。

 

           

1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

· Support the superior managing security of hotel.

协助安保部上级负责酒店安全方面的正常巡视与管理

 

2. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – (Key Activities of the role)

本职工作﹣(职务的主要工作)

· Attend department weekly meeting, analyzing the group member’s thought and performance and putting forward the working point and the betterment suggestions.

参加部门每周例会,经常分析本组人员思想状态和工作表现,定期提出本组工作重点及改进意见。

· Be responsible to train and assess the group members.

负责培训、考核所属队员。

· Be responsible to deal with the guest’s problems such as the property loss, injury, annoy and etc. when on duty. If there is any difficulty report to department head.

当值期间,负责处理客人报失、意外伤害、受到骚扰等事宜。如有疑难应及时向经理报告。

· Observes the policy of “guest first, safety first” to deal with various dissensions when on duty.

当值期间,本着“宾客至上、安全第一”的原则,认真调查处理各类纠纷。

· Assist the fire control center to deal with the fire accident and report to the department head when on duty.

当值期间,协助消防中心负责处理火灾事故并及时上报经理。

· Be responsible to patrol on every section of hotel when on duty.

当值期间,负责对酒店各部位的安全巡查

· Report to the department head the group member’s behavior and performance.

负责向经理上报下属员工的行为和表现情况。

· Keep good relationships with other groups and the relevant departments.

与其他团体和相关部门保持良好关系
