Job scope: 工作范围

对酒店各重点部位进行不间断安全巡逻检查,发现异常情况和不安全因素立即上报，并随时准备参与各类突发事件的处理。

1.Essential duties and respon sibiliyies – (key activities of the role)

本职工作﹣(职务的主要工作)

上岗前自我检查，按规定着装，仪容仪表端庄、整洁；

巡逻中遇客人，必须彬彬有礼、有问必答，主动让客人先行；

保持高度警惕，尽职尽责，发现问题或可疑情况，正确判断，果断处理，并立即上报；

巡逻时必须逐楼层，重点部分部门各关的进行不得乘坐客梯（特殊情况外）；

要及时与监控中心紧密联系，接到治安、火警报警应及时赶到现场了解情况，做出正确处理；

在巡查客房过程中，如发现客房门未关，应礼貌告知客人注意安全，如客人未在客房内，应及时通知楼房服务员处置；

巡逻中注意检查消防通道是否畅通，消防器材放置和使用情况及报警装置的完好，检查施工现场有无不安全隐患存在；

发现有异常情况，应记录备案，并做好交班工作；

按时参加酒店和部门组织的培训，积极的去支援其它部门服务工作；

做好车场车辆安全管理、维持车库进出口安全秩序，做好员工通道安全管理工作。

完成上级交给的其它工作任务。

2.Key competences主要能力

学历要求：中专及以上文化程度。

体貌要求：男，25-35岁，身高：1.70米以上，五官端正。

工作经验：同等工作经验1年以上。

基本素质：热爱服务工作，工作踏实、认真，有较强的事业心和责任感。熟悉安全管理，有酒店安全管理1年以上经验，退伍军人优先。
