JOB SCOPE: 工作范围

                    

· Assist in the management of Emerald Sea Kitchen Operations including menu planning and costing, organizing special events, developing new dishes, maintaining food quality standards and comprehensive product knowledge.  Promotes the desired work culture around the five core values of Trust, Integrity, Respect, One Team and Service of the Hotels Group and the brand ethos.

主要职责是协助中餐厨房正常运作其包括编制菜单、成本控制、特殊事件操作、不断推出新式菜肴、根据出品标准保证食品质量及全面了解我们的产品知识。围绕五大核心价值信任、正直、尊重、一个团队及服务与品牌精神推广我们的产业文化。

 

Ÿ ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – (Key Activities of the role)

Ÿ Participate in the planning and costing of menus

Ÿ Develop and write standard recipes
